Mavi Ev is a charming traditional style 4 bedroom house on the Likya Estate. With it’s blue shutters and pink bougainvillea, you will be immediately immersed in the Mediterranean.

Mavi Ev has 4 bedrooms; 2 doubles (both en-suite) and 2 twins (one twin with en-suite), a family bathroom upstairs and downstairs wc. Bedrooms have been redecorated and lovingly restyled with neutral colours and natural fabrics.

The downstairs area offers a gorgeous and individually furnished open plan comfortable sitting room area, separate TV “snug”, kitchen, dining room area, and utility room. Again the furnishing has been beautifully done with many antique and locally sourced objects.

Outside is a private, walled, terrace area with comfortable sun loungers, outside dining table, and a lovely comfy seating area. To the rear is a shady patio with further seating and a table tennis table.

The internal staircase takes you up to the large roof terrace with self contained bar, and comfortable sofas to stretch out, relax, enjoy the beautiful sea and mountain views, and the nighttime sky.

Guests renting this villa are kindly asked to be aware that the property is located in a residential area and are asked to be considerate to neighbours.

Guests staying at villas on the Likya Estate also have the option to use the large members-only Likya Estate pool for an additional weekly charge.
