House Arnolfo is located right in the heart of Florence, you see" Piazza della Signoria" from the windows. The Uffizi Gallery is 50 meters away and within a few minutes walkink you get to the Ponte Vecchio, the Duomo and all the most important monuments of the town.
The apartment is on the third floor of an old building,it has an elevator and all the amenities including a professional air conditioning system.
Arnolfhouse was completely restored in 2007 and has all the accessories, satellite TV, wireless Internet access throughout the apartment. The house consists of 4 rooms with 9 comfortable beds + a very comfortable two-seater sofa bed, two bathrooms and a large living room.
It is located right in the heart of the historic city and is surrounded by buildings and monuments. Living here is like going back to the times of the Renaissance. Nearby are major shopping areas with shops of jewelers and all the major Italian designers. Excellent restaurants with typical Tuscan cuisine are within walking distance.

Wonderful stay in the heart of Florence. Location, location, location. This home was perfect. Exactly as advertised and in the middle of all the action (but quiet enough that you feel at peace in the evenings). The home was clean, beds were comfortable and I'd come back in a heartbeat!

This is our second time staying at this apartment. We loved it so much the first time that we basically planned our trip to Florence around the availability of this apartment. Again, it didn’t disappoint. The apartment was very spacious for our large family and the location is the best in all of Florence. A short walk to virtually every main attraction. The next time we return to Florence, we will definitely stay here again.

We were 8 women friends visiting Florence for a week. This apartment was perfect for our needs. It had enough beds, a comfortable living area, well-equipped kitchen (although we always ate out), and you could not ask for a better location in the heart of the historic city center. There was a lot of activity on the streets at night but the windows were pretty soundproof once you closed them up. Small elevator holds about 2 people at a time (or one person and luggage) but it worked great for those of us who didn't want to hike up the stairs. The apartment was nicely decorated and charming. The showers were quite small but I understand that is typical in older buildings like this. Water pressure and temps were good. Also nice to have a washing machine and drying rack for clothes. Well stocked with extra towels and bedding.

The good. Host had excellent communication and handled issues timely. I would rate the host highly for this.Location is excellent as well. Perfect location.AC, worked well and kept the apartment cool. The not so good. Beds were not comfortable, 5 inch mattress on 1/2 inch wooden slats. I just sank in the bed. Bathroom showers were very small. I’m an average American male, I barely fit in the shower. Seriously, the shower is very small. Water pressure: old historic building, water pressure several evenings was non existent. We didn’t use the kitchen.Clothes Washing machine is very small. We used it once for some small clothing items, but if you are planning on doing a lot of clothes washing I don’t think it would be suitable. City tax not disclosed on listing. Has to be paid in cash at check in, 30 per person. Overall It’s not a bad property, but I honestly don’t understand how it’s getting 10 ratings across the board. I’ve stayed in nicer, in Italy. I personally would not stay here again. Just was not comfortable for our group. I don’t want it to sound like I’m being overly judgmental. The host was great, but just not the type of property that worked for our group.

Well, it's clear that if you didn't know about the tourist tax, it's your first time in Italy. I don't know if you realized you stayed in a historic building in Piazza della Signoria, in the heart of medieval Florence! It's fortunate to have an elevator and bathrooms like this here. We're in the Middle Ages here, and you can't compare the standards of buildings in Florida with those in Florence's historic center. I understand you didn't appreciate the fact that you could see Piazza della Signoria from your windows. I recommend that next time you come to Florence you choose a house in the suburbs

This place had a fantastic location! We could look out the window and see the Palazzo Vecchio! It was such a short walk to all the major sites. We were worried it would be too loud but with the windows closed you couldn’t hear anything! It had everything we needed - check in and out were super easy too. We had six friends and we all fit really comfortably.

We had a wonderful stay as a family of 6, with two teens and grandparents. The location is even closer than the photos suggest! The space is clean and check in was easy. If you are considering it, book it you won’t regret the central location and ample space. Also the beds are comfy!

This comfortable flat is very conveniently located in Piazza della Signoria. Its a 1 minute walk to the Uffizi, many great restaurants and lots of shops including the Bazaar Porcellino. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was more than adequate with nice touches like coffee and tea. The bathrooms are small, but typical for Italy. The owners are lovely, do not speak English but communication was not a problem. We had stayed in this building on a prior trip but needed more rooms and this was pretty perfect for our needs. Great location for a family

This spot is central downtown and is a great location for groups with little kids who want to see the major sites. The 3 of the 4 bedrooms fit 2 people each. The 4th bedroom was a bit small and dark and our kids were scared to sleep in there. Overall a great place to stay. The only drawback is there is no drying machine.

This place was fantastic ! in the heart of Florence city center where you walk right out into the sites. Surprisingly quiet at night . We couldn’t hear any of the bustling outside. I bought this house in 2007 to go and live there when I'll stop working in a few years in the meantime I rent it. I am very happy to do it because I have the opportunity to contact people from all over the world. And I like to think that they also prove the same emotion that I felt when I looked out from the windows seeing "Della SignnorIa square"

What makes this property unique

Here you live Florence in his heart. You are 50 meters from the 'Uffizi gallery' museum, 100 from the cathedral and a few minutes walk from the major monuments and museums. The area is one of the oldest and most famous jewelry shops. There are still goldsmiths, one right next door to the apartment
