This Townhome is located near Lake Wylie, less than two miles from Ebenezer park, and boat launch, and yet is only minutes from Route 77, Carowinds Amusement park and Charlotte. This townhouse comes with 2 full baths and 2 bedrooms, the master having a queen size bed, a master bath and walk in closet. The 2nd bedroom has been converted into an office space with desk and chair, and a full size futon. In addition, there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room with a high top table for 4, a living room, front porch with two chairs, and back patio with a grill and patio set for 4. We have 2 parking spots for the rental, a full size washer and dryer (in unit), wi-fi, cable, and TV's in the living room and the master bedroom. The townhouse also comes with use of the community pool. We will provide sheets and towels if you would like.

The townhouse is the last building on the street, and has a back patio & yard with trees behind it. There is no smoking in the unit and ashtrays are located on both the patio and front porch for those who smoke. We do not allow any pets. Check in is at 3pm and check out is at 10am.
