One of the best priced condos on Kauaʻi. 3 pools, 2 hot tubs, BBQ & laundry on site. Short walk to Coconut Market Place (groceries, restaurants & shopping) & beaches (take paved path across street), Farmers Markets, waterfalls, hiking, kayaking & more. Centrally located in Kapaʻa! Adventure anywhere you like on Kauaʻi & return home with ease.

One cozy King Bed with 3 inch foam topper in bedroom, 1 Full Bath, Living Room with Queen Sofa Sleeper, Full Kitchen (fully stocked). Split Unit AC in living room and bedroom keeps the entire condo as comfortably cold as you like.

Guests enjoy the entire apartment/condo, all property grounds, pools (3), hot tubs (2), grills, laundry facilities, free parking, and no resort fee!

We are a local, privately owned condo within Plantation Hale Suites. Guests can always reach us via VRBO messaging and there will be detailed information sent day of check in, as well as in the Welcome Basket upon arrival re. local contact, etc.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Please leave the Laundry Card & Parking Pass in the welcome basket, all used towels in the laundry basket under bathroom sink, strip all beds & leave linens on floor.
Please empty all trash (bathroom & kitchen) in the white shed by parking lot, wash all dishes & leave on kitchen counter in the dry rack, power OFF the AC in the bedroom, & turn off all lights.
Your door code will expire at 11am the day of check out and you will no longer have access to the unit. Lock up is automatic.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
