GUEST ACCESS
The cottage sits on a separate lot next to Ferris Farm and feels private and peaceful. We’re nearby if you need anything during your stay, while still respecting your privacy.
Guests also enjoy access to the Saco River, just a scenic five-minute walk from the cottage. This shared area includes a picnic table, Adirondack chairs, two kayaks, and a dock for relaxing and enjoying the water. While shared with our family, we always prioritize guest privacy and a quiet experience.
LOCATION
• Beaches: approximately 30 minutes
• Downtown Portland, Maine: approximately 35 minutes
• Quiet rural setting with easy access to coastal towns, dining, and shops
IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW
• Ferris Farm is a working flower farm, and natural hazards may be present
• For safety reasons, the cottage is not suitable for children
• We have a friendly farm dog on the property
• Guest pets are not permitted to protect the flower fields and avoid disruptions
• Farm activity varies by season; you may see harvesting or daily farm work
• As a cut flower farm, fields are actively harvested, so you may not see full fields of blooms, but you’ll enjoy the colors, textures, and behind-the-scenes charm of the farm
• The cottage and river access are reserved for registered guests only
• No additional visitors, entertaining, or parties permitted
