Everything went very quickly and smooth. Host was available even at a late hour to communicate. The only problem we had was getting an uber to and from locations but that’s not a slight on the property as much as pigeon forge in general. Would definitely stay again!!

Be aware bedrooms are upstairs and downstairs. None on main floor in case someone has trouble with stairs. Beautiful condo. Beds comfortable.

Convenient location to National Park, Dollywood, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge. This is actually a townhome/condominium and located in a community which makes it a little less private. As noted in another review, one bedroom is up a fairly steep flight of stairs, and the other bedroom is down a very steep flight of stairs, so be aware of that for some guests. None of this really impacted our stay, but I think it's good information to have in planning a trip. The Internet information given to us upon check-in was totally incorrect and the owner was not helpful at all in helping us correct this. We did not have any cell service. I'm a technical person so after a lot of system analysis and rebooting routers I found the correct Internet name and contacted the owner and told him what the problem was. I was then given the correct password through a text with no apologies for my inconvenience or frustration. The next day we were greeted by six adults trying to enter the property saying that they had reserved it. I called the owner, but he did not answer upon that problem. We had a nice stay, but in the future, I will probably stay away from VRBO and deal with a better management company.

We celebrated our 33rd wedding anniversary in the Smokies. The location and convenience of the cabin was spot on. We enjoyed the pool area and the quietness of our stay. The hot tub was a bonus to unwind after busy days. We will definitely be back!
