Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please clean any major messes. The cleaning fee charged is minimal to keep fees low, but our cleaners shouldn't have to spend time cleaning anything other than normal use during your stay.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
With our longer stays, you will be expected to get trash bins to the curb and back in place for trash pick-up weekly.
At checkout: all trash bagged and in outdoor trash bins, all bed linens stripped and left on floors, dirty towels gathered, major messes cleaned.
Yard should remain free of any trash or items left outside that do not belong.
