Cute cozy cottage with all the essentials. Great place for bicyclists as it is easily accessible to the Legacy Trail. Especially enjoyed the screened patio sitting and looking out over the water. Can see the trail bridge from the patio. We enjoyed our stay!

The property was very well stocked, had a bowl for our dog an very clean! It was the petfect place for our visit with local family. The "Florida Room" was lovely and the view was excellent. Very peaceful location.

Host was very accommodating and kind. The cottage was cozy and well kept. Waking up with the ocean breeze off the river and the quiet neighborhood was so relaxing. I would highly recommend!

This place is a lovely gem! It is thoughtfully outfitted with everything you can imagine-- the hosts have made sure you have what you need for all kinds of relaxation or adventure. For runners and bikers, this is a perfect location next to the Legacy Trail-- we thoroughly enjoyed biking during our stay. We also saw dolphins everyday from the porch! Truly wonderful.

Super nice and cozy place to stay. The location is perfect for our scuba diving charter. Our dive did get canceled, but this place did not disappoint! We will definitely be back asap for our dive again. We got to make it a little fishing, boating, and beach trip instead during our stay. The location along the canal is perfect, it’s so close to everything. Snake island was a fun place to snorkel and boat. Turner key was a great place on the water too. Lots of little trails to explore. Back at the rental we could even find teeth close to the property. They are occasionally scattered around the banks. We enjoyed being able to use our boat at the ramp that’s located near by. The water views were great from the property and had everything we would need for a perfect stay in Venice/ Nokomis.
