Safety & Security: For your peace of mind, four exterior security cameras monitor the perimeter (front door, driveway, deck/yard). There are no indoor or private-area cameras.

HOUSE RULES
○ There is no smoking of any kind inside the house and on the decks/patios. Any violation of this policy requires guest to pay a $750 Ozone Fee per occurrence.
○ If you do not check out on time, you will be charged $100 per 25-minute increment past 10:00am.
○ NO PETS ALLOWED.
○ No parties or events without prior approval
○ Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
○ Please supervise children at all times especially around hot tub, sauna, and fire pit
○ Treat our house like your own. You will be charged for any broken or misplaced items.

HOT TUB RULES
○ Must be 18 years old to enter hot tub
○ You must shower before entering hot tub
○ No glass in or around hot tub
○ Consult your physician before entering hot tub
○ No lifeguard on duty. Enter at your own risk
○ Cover hot tub when done.
○ No sunscreen, self-tanner, sweat, or any creams can be on your body when entering hot tub.
○ Do Not enter hot tub after walking around bare footed, tracking dirt and grass into hot tub will make the hot tub unsanitary and you will not be able to use it.
○ If you don't follow these rules and the hot tub must be drained you will be charged $250 for it to be drained and cleaned.

Guest Access
Guests will have access to the entire property and all the amenities. Your check-in will be keyless utilizing smart locks to access.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave the beds unmade, including the sleeper sofa if it was used.
If you used the spa towels please start a wash with just those before you leave, our cleaners will really appreciate that.
If you moved anything including but not limited to furniture, games, or plants please put them back where they were when you arrived.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
This is a no smoking / no vaping property. If you or someone with you smokes or vapes on the property you will be charged a $750 fee and be ejected.
RENTAL AGREEMENT - Signing and returning the rental agreement and a copy of a valid government issued ID is a requirement for staying at this property
NO PETS ALLOWED - Violation of this rule will result in immediate ejectment without refund and a fee of $500.00 plus additional cleaning fees.

This is a perfect rental. It has everything you could ever need. Multiple coffee stations, everything you need in the kitchen, plenty of linens and towels, and so much entertainment. I would go back in a heartbeat.

We had the most amazing time, truly more than we expected. We’ve stayed in many very nice properties, and this one was off the charts, meeting and exceeding every expectation. 5 stars and more.We loved everything about the place. The indoor and outdoor games kept everyone entertained, and the hot tub and sauna were definite favorites. The movie theater really did feel like going to a real theater.The outdoor space was just as impressive, an awesome grill, exceptional outdoor furniture, and plenty of room to relax. Inside, everything was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was also stocked with pretty much any toiletry you could think of, which was a great touch. The coffee and hot chocolate bar was a big hit, and the welcome gift was such a thoughtful surprise.Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us, we’ll cherish the memories from this trip.

This house was in immaculate condition. We rent houses a few times a year and we have not stayed anywhere that had a property in better condition. Everything was clean, beautiful and first class. The whole house was very well decorated. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were spacious with huge, private bathrooms. All of the amenities seemed brand new and the back yard was huge for our puppies.The theater, in particular, was awesome. It was very much a real theater, not just a few seats in the basement.The host, Sheri, was very responsive and professional. They obviously put a lot of care into the house and it showed.

Absolutely exceptional stay at this spectacular home. They have set the bar for any future rental. The beautiful spacious bedrooms, the comfort of the beds, the big bathrooms and all of the toiletries/ extras, the kitchen had more than enough tableware, the movie theatre (wow), games (inside and outside), hot tub, sauna, fire-pit, the ambience of the entire home was just incredible….I can go on and on. Every single detail was well thought out to accommodate our large group and make it memorable. In fact, so memorable we were already discussing coming back. Thank you for the lovely welcome gifts and sharing your home with us. Just book it - do not hesitate. You will be in awe.
