ARE YOU TIRED OF BIG CITY LIFE OR JUST WANT TO GETAWAY TO THE TEXAS HILL COUNTRY FOR A ROUND OF GOLF AND ACCESS TO AN EXCLUSIVE PRIVATE COUNTRY CLUB NEAR LAKE TRAVIS? THIS IS THE PLACE! Situated in Spicewood, Texas, which is west of Austin and Marble Falls, Texas, you will find the most incredible setting in a private/gated guarded community, with just a few Texas Golf Cottages that are allowed to do nightly rentals. Enjoy all this Omni Club and Resorts club has to offer. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Escape to this newly transformed 3-bedroom, 2 bath Texas Golf Cottage in Spicewood, Texas. The club is perched on the hillside with breathtaking hill country and Lake Travis views that go on for days! We offer full club access that includes an 18-hole Arnold Palmer designed golf course, formal and informal dining, fitness center, pickleball, tennis, and a fabulous Olympic size pool and hot tub! This cottage is the only stand alone, no shared wall, unit. Walk right out the front door and tee off! (provided you have a tee time:))) Most everything is brand new and this cottage is located right next to the first tee box at the club. 2 primary bedrooms with King beds in each room and a full bath attached. 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and has lake views. The site was chosen by the developer for its location and views. Owner designed and decorated for a rejuvenating stay. Enjoy sitting back, in the electric recliners, or snoozing on the couch while watching your favorite shows or games. WIFI available along with an office area with a built-in computer area, perfect for those that still need to work while away. 6 top table for your dining needs and a laundry room for any washing needs. There is only 1 section in the exclusive community where they allow nightly rentals. Guest passes, to utilize the country club provided upon request. Pay for whatever you eat, drink, or play golf. There is no charge to use the pool unless you order food or drinks.
