With 4 cozy bedrooms including 3 queen beds and 1 king bed, this marvelous property offers a comfortable stay for guests. Enjoy the convenience of 3 bathrooms equipped with showers and hair dryers. Relax in the additional living room space with a sofa bed for extra comfort and open concept to stocked kitchen. Property has an outdoor shower, fenced yard, patio with grill and a fire pit. This is a duplex that shares nothing with the other townhome. Both sides can be rented together to create a 7 bedroom 5.5 bath for larger parties. We look forward to welcoming you in creating lasting memories.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Start a load of white towels only on Hot with bleach.
Leave dirty sheets on the floor by the bed. The housekeeper will do the rest.
Pull trash and recycle to the curb for Sunday check outs and trash only Wednesday for Thursday AM collection.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Overall we really appreciated the house. The downstairs bathroom doors that slide would not close all the way, creating problems for privacy. There was a knocking sound in the walls upstairs. Maybe a water hammer issue. A wood strip in the kitchen over the dishwasher came off. The non-stick (Teflon maybe) coating on the kitchen pans is scratched and coming off, presenting a potential health hazard. Aside from these things, the furnishing was nice. The beds were comfortable. There was enough room to park three vehicles. The location to the beach (just across the street) was awesome!

Our stay was very good. The location worked really well and the beach was just across the street. When we had an issue the host was very prompt about trying to address the issue. There were 2 things preventing 5 stars (though if I could I would give 4.5 stars). Only 1 room had a dresser to put clothes in so we sort of lived out of our suitcases. There were closets but just 1 shelf in each for hanging clothes. The other thing was the barn doors for 2 of the bathrooms and one bedroom. We just didn't like them as they didn't provide 100% privacy.

Together we manage this property for the past 5 years with Airbnb & have earned Guest Favorite for our properties and we are Super Host. We just joined VRBO. We also have a new duplex 4 blocks away that is a vacation rental. We enjoy providing the one on one customer service that property management companies do not provide.

Why they chose this property

We bought this house turn key but have since put a new roof on and made some minor changes. The property is a corner unit that has direct beach access and at the other end of the street is a large sidewalk along Saxon and a shaded nature trail that is great for walking dogs.

What makes this property unique

We cater to our guests needs as best we can and treat others the way we like to be treated when we rent vacation homes. The house is well stocked and we have many repeat guests.
