The space
Relax and recharge - the perfect escape for families and groups of friends looking for year-round adventures in an idyllic mountain setting.
Some mountain homes in this area sacrifice accessibility … this one does not! It’s easy to get to and just off the main road. The approach and the driveway are COMPLETELY FLAT.
You’ll enter the home through the front door using the private electronic keycode provided to you for easy access. Immediately, you’ll enter into a welcoming, bright, fashionable space influenced by the owner’s modern boho cabin aesthetic.

INDOOR LIVING: Two TVs (main floor and lower level) with DVD players, DVD library, books, board games, floor-to-ceiling windows, modern mountain decor
OUTDOOR LIVING: Deck off main level w/ cafe table & natural views, 1+ acre of land, large private hot tub, hammock, wildlife watching

FAQ: Stairs required for bedrooms. Limited WiFi service - being in the mountains the WiFi is not an exceptionally fast or consistent signal, best for streaming a video, surfing the net, and limited online work that does not require high upload speeds. Multiple devices connecting simultaneously may create slow downs.
PARKING: Large flat driveway (4vehicles) with easy access to cabin, RV/Trailer parking allowed on-site
Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of your stay. For the protection of all parties, the booking party will also be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID with proof of age. NO smoking allowed inside the cabin or outside, anywhere on the property. Ash and butts are significant fire hazards. Guests who fail to comply will be fined ($150 additional cleaning fee) and asked to leave with no refund.
Guest access
94 Southpark Road is located on a quiet gravel road just 500 feet from pavement. The road is county maintained year-round. The driveway to the cabin is flat with easy access to the front door. 4-wheel and even 2-wheel drive vehicles typically manage just fine. Feel free to contact us with any questions regarding access to the property.
Other things to note
We ALWAYS clean and disinfect meticulously between guests; however, during these unprecedented times, we are taking additional measures to ensure our guests' health and safety.
