Calm and quiet, very close to beautiful Ixtapa boulevard and fine minutes driving to 2 different beaches!

Also isla Ixtapa dock is 7 min driving.

What makes this property unique

Very quiet condo for long sleeping if needed, window rooms are tinted and also have A/C, comfortable bathroom with big shower. Living room and kitchen also with A/C, so if you want to have a comfortable stay away from the heat you can go around the house feeling fresh.

Back patio with shade for maximum comfort while smoking or just having a time to chill.
