Wonderful clean home in a beautiful neighborhood. My kids very much enjoyed the pool table. The heated floors were very nice. It was great, the home was close to amenities and stores. The host was gracious enough to let us have late check out. Well b back next year!

The host communicated well and was responsive. But there are many things that left a bad impression. It was stocked with almost nothing. There was a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, some shampoo and soap, one small towel per person, and absolutely nothing in the kitchen. The cupboards were entirely bare, and there were no dishwashing pods, garbage bags, or any type of spices or supplies. This is the first house I’ve rented that I’ve experienced that.One outlet was not working upstairs in the bedroom and the downstairs bedroom had a light that was broken. While the general cleaning looked good, the blinds were filthy. I don’t think the quilt or sham on the downstairs bed has been washed for a very long time. It was very hot upstairs and really wouldn’t cool down overnight. There is no air-conditioning but we knew that but the host said it cools off and the only room that cooled off was the downstairs bedroom..The backyard was full of weeds and unattended. We were surprised that it was so messy looking.The general layout of the house was nice and the host did respond by bringing over some towels, wash cloths, hand towels, garbage bags, and dishwasher pods. We appreciated his prompt reply. The beds were comfortable also. It just wasn’t as pleasant as we were hoping for. Better deep cleaning is needed and work on the yard.
