Perfect house and perfect location… so comfortable, great back porch, shower strong… Owner is a fantastic and attentive communicator. Kitchen good for cooking meals… we loved walking 5 minutes down to the bay for sunrise every day!

The property was as described and as shown in the pictures. Very cute with lots of nice interior updates. The openness of the dining room made it feel much bigger. All the bedrooms were a good size. It was in close proximity to the beach and lots of restaurants and amenities, yet still in a quiet neighborhood. Having your own driveway to park in was an added bonus. Lucas was very helpful and responded immediately when I contacted him. It was an excellent place for the bridal party to get ready for my sister’s wedding. The only somewhat negative was the small bathroom. It had a nicely updated shower, but super small sink. Being only me, my husband and teenage daughter it worked out just fine for us. We would definitely stay here again if we were coming back to the area.

We loved our stay at the cozy little cottage and didn’t want to leave on our last day. Our host, Luke, was very good at communicating and staying in touch when I had questions. We loved the old time vibe of the Nieghborhood. It was peaceful and the neighbors around us were friendly when we went on our evening walk to the bay.

We really enjoyed our stay. We will be booking this house when we come back. Everything was clean and everything we needed as far as towels and kitchen tools or cookware was provided.

Super clean and well decorated. We were only there for two nights so didn’t use the kitchen much but it seemed to have everything we would need had we decided to cook. The beds were very comfortable and we really enjoyed the screened in back porch. The one time I needed to contact the host the response was super quick and they were able to accommodate our need flawlessly. 10/10 would recommend.

This was a great place to book for our Anniversary. It was close to everything we wanted to visit. The hosts are quick to respond and very accommodating. There was a fenced in backyard that our dogs really enjoyed. Would book again.
