Early Birds Guest House in Central Tucson. Your Casita awaits.
Self-Serve Guesthouse in Central Tucson. Entirely open concept with high ceilings. We had 5 stars and 300+ perfect scores on that other short term site, but like many hosts, we have left for the greener pasture that is VRBO! Better user experience. Way better customer support.
We offer complimentary morning fuel for the first night. Coffee or tea, apple sauce cup, and oats. Saves you some $ when traveling.
Entire property catches rainwater during the monsoon season. Sinks and shower recycle grey water into the gardens, because of grey water harvesting simply open drains before use and close after use. Eco friendly cleaning. We sanitize with powerful steam between all guests.
A kitchenette for heating up some grub, microwave, fridge and sink.
Flat screen TV to sign into your streaming service, with loveseat.
A plush pillow queen size bed to call it a night. We slip cover everything even the duvet. We like things clean.
Bathroom is pretty spacious for a tiny house, you can do a twirl.
Off-Street shaded and covered carport parking for average sized vehicles.
Washable rugs keep everything fresh and clean.
You can walk to several top rated restaurants and Crave Coffee a locals hangout.
We live in a house on the same property but have our own sperate yard. So all three units have ample privacy.
We strive to be one of the more affordable accommodations. With that said your check-in and stay is all self-serve, built right into the VRBO platform. We have full time jobs that don't allow us to handhold, and we go to bed early.
Neighborhood is from 1952 and property is between two untouched homes. This area of Tucson is slowly switching from original owners to first time buyers. We fled our first house downtown due to theft and bought this house in 45min because of the safety of the neighborhood.
5 doors down is Linden Park, A truly awesome Tucson Park. one of the cleanest in the city. Great for a walk.
We do have dogs, you won't interact with, they are contained to our private yard. They might bark as you come and go. It's the best security and surpasses any ADT by a long shot! Please keep driveway gate closed.

We have hosted our three guesthouse for 5years. Absolutely love it. New to VRBO because everyone keeps telling us it's the best platform!
Why they chose this property
Our first home in Tucson was downtown. Yikes! We wanted a quiet neighborhood without crime so we sold downtown and bought our currently property in Linden Park. We love being close to the park and Crave Coffee.
What makes this property unique
Our property is unique. Original home was built in 1952. The guesthouse you will be staying in was built in 2018, it has super high ceilings and is bright and cheerful.
