The house was relaxed and close to most destinations. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. The owner was communicative and responsive when needed. The river looks to be walking distance from the house, but it’s not. However, it can be reached with a short drive.

1.The house was great2.check poor (have use wrong code to get in house.)3.pictures of outside of house were misleading.pictures on outside balcony made house look like it was on the river when it actually it was on the street and you couldn’t get to water except by going on someone’s property.The main reason that you come to Mammoth Springs is to fish or float down river.

Overall a solid choice for taking fishing trips to the area. Couldn’t get tv to work and 1 bed room is downstairs and a hike to the bathroom middle of night

Owner was very responsive and helpful. Parking was easy. House itself was as pictured. Only issue we had was that the house upon check in smelled of cigarettes a bit. The smell went away after cooking and an air freshener. At least we didn’t notice it anymore. The property seems to be overlooking the river but it is farther than photos depict. There’s a very steep hill which is not mowed or well kept (at least at the time of our stay) I wish we knew about prior to the stay it was a large hill. We looked forward to going down to the river close by the house but couldn’t so we just drove elsewhere to enjoy the river so most of our time was outside of the house. The rooms are not on the same floor. One is in the basement near the garage and one is upstairs. Overall the stay was fine. Owner was responsive when needed.

This cabin is so adorable and cozy. We had a beautiful view. The host was available and very responsive when we had a question. The neighborhood is quiet yet close to town. The home was very clean. Any and all cookware you may need, coffee, outdoor grill and a garage to park your vehicle was a bonus. We had snow while there and it was so magical. Light dusting on the ground but the roads are drivable. I can’t wait to experience this cabin during a summer visit.

This was the perfect place for a quick fly fishing getaway. The proximity to Mammoth Spring and Spring River really can't be beat. Everything was exactly as described and pictured.The neighborhood and street are quiet and feel very safe.I like to cook and really appreciated the well stocked kitchen, I was wanting for nothing. The Internet/WiFi were very fast and stable. No issues streaming on Roku or staying connected. The host was responsive and helpful.I felt right at home at R&R. It is such a charming, comfortable place. I was quite sad to leave, it's a place one can really settle into.My Aussie companion, Riley, really appreciated the pet-friendliness!
