With 4 bedrooms including 3 king beds and 1 queen bed, along with 3 bathrooms featuring a bathtub and shower, this peaceful retreat offers a cozy living room with an extra twin bed. Guests can relax in the serene surroundings and enjoy the modern amenities with a private large swimming pool with waterfalls cascading into the pool!. Our home is located just steps away from Sunshine Park which includes, a skatepark, soccer field, volleyball, racketball courts, etc. The home is located close to shopping, restaurants, banks, and TPC in Ponte Vedra Bch. We hope you enjoy what our home and Jacksonville Beach has to offer. FYI- The heated swimming pool feature must have a 48 hour notice to be initiated prior to arrival of guests.

Why they chose this property
I really love this area of the beach, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, it is so convenient to the beach, shopping, restaurants, local bars and entertainment to Atlantic Beaches. It is also convenient to the PGA tournament which is hosted here in Ponte Vedra Beach just 15-20 minutes south of our home! We have a lovely family oriented skate park including many different activities just across the street, Sunshine Park.
What makes this property unique
It’s a beautiful pool home which was remodeled by my company and includes all the necessary improvements, inside and out, the backyard is an oasis for swimming, relaxing, bbq with family & friends! The interior is modern & tastefully appointed with all the essentials to make your stay memorable and pleasant!
