The place was good, a few minor things needed repair but it served its purpose. Easy access to the beach and pool (which was closed a couple days).

Great location and nice condo.

Had a great long weekend staying at this 4th floor condo which is right off the elevator. Listing needs correcting as it states it is a corner condo, but it is central location instead. Listing was accurate and nicely appointed with comfortable sofas and decking chair, nice dining room table and chairs, stools at kitchen counter. Only issue for us was all of the mattresses were too soft for any of our liking - not good for your back. Suggest adding shelving in the bathrooms, with little space to put toiletries. Deadbolt lock needs repaired. Lots of needed items in kitchen which was appreciated. Location is perfect and the pool was wonderful. Access to the beach is great with plenty of stations to clean up your beach equipment. Improve the aforementioned issues and we would definitely come back!!

Nice Place with a great view, but others ruined the experience

Hats off to the owners as their condo is nice, equipped well and priced right. Nice view of the beach. Unfortunately there were many rude and disrespectful visitors on the property during the time who ruined the ambiance and aesthetics. First there was an occurrence of the neighbors 1 floor below being loud, disruptive and disturbing between midnight and 4 am. Waited to report this during business hours to ERA manager and Association managers who both handled promptly next day with no additional issues. This was greatly appreciated. Also, there were a lot of rude and disrespectful people who left garbage bags in the halls and stairwells, not cleaning up after their kids eating lunch on the tables near the pool and on the chairs, shopping carts not returned to their proper place for others to use, and people leaving the pool gate propped open when there are signs requesting it to be locked for security reasons. Unfortunately, respect and consideration towards others is a learned behavior that starts at an early age. It is out of the control of the unit owners and managers. I would return but not during the summer next time.

Unexpected Beach events

On arrival while taking belongings up to 4th floor we got stuck on Elevator for 50 minutes in 90 degree outside temp and hotter inside the elevator. It went from 1st floor to 5th to 1st then 6th then back to 1st and doors would not open. 911 had to be called firefighter came had to drop down thru ceiling into elevator and use jaws of life to get us out. My grandchildren were terrified . The tub drain has in master bath wax stopped up when husband turned shower on causing water to backup and when he went to turn off water the slippery shower / tub contributed to him falling out of shower hitting floor. We found liquid Plummer in cabinet and was able to open drain. Shower /tub in 2 Nd bathroom had a hole in tub and black stain in bottom of tub. Love Fernadina Beach , but will have to rethink condo. Pool was great and beach entrance was beautiful . The person that was on call on Sunday the man in the black truck that came when stuck in elevator was very helpful afterwards. He gave us cold water and took us into cool room. He was concerned for our well being. We never heard from management.

Wonderful week in Amelia

Condo was clean, comfortable and at a great location! Suggestions—the bathrooms could use a little updating, a few light bulbs didn’t work and it would be nice if there was a hairdryer...the main thing was the king mattress needs replaced, too uncomfortable.
