Also — this place is a fun maze so make a game out of it!
The space
Urban, spacious & fully equipped —this 3-level renovated townhouse features 8 bedrooms, 3 full baths with 2 tubs and 1 walk in shower, 2 kitchens, several rooms to lounge in and washer/dryer on every floor . Sleep comfortably with 3 Queen beds, 5 Full beds, 2 twin foldaways & cozy love seats (no sofa beds.)

Enjoy central heat, forced air & window A/C units . Our private fenced driveway fits 3+ cars.

Accessibility? Not quite, but we do have a 1st-floor queen bedroom, the same level as the walk-in shower, kitchen, living & dining areas—just 6 steps to enter the townhouse .

Guest access
You have access to the entire building when this 8-bed/3-bath booking is made. All exterior doors will share one access code.

The 3rd floor (3-bed/1-bath unit) is on the 3rd floor level and is accessible from the 2nd floor across from Bedroom 1. The easiest way to access the 3rd floor is from the exterior front main 69 door.

The 71 side (5-bed/2-bath) occupies the 1st and 2nd floors and can be accessed from the front and rear 71 door.

All floors are accessible from the front or rear 71 door.

Maintenance or housekeeping has access to the hall leading from the main door to the third floor (this can be made inaccessible during your stay upon advanced request.)

Note: For those in the group wishing to have extra privacy, rooms are secure.

Note: Some doors may have an auto lock feature in place so be mindful of this and also be sure to pull doors in properly to avoid a door jam.

Note: For those with walking limitations, one bedroom (Room#5) does not require use of stairs to access kitchen, bath and living room. This room is best accessible from the 71 side of the building, front door.

- Basement and Utility Closets are reserved for staff use only — thank you for your cooperation!
