Well decorated and cozy apartment with all the amenities to make you feel good and enjoy your holiday. It is located next to the Tourist Office, convenience stores, restaurants and cafes. It is 5 minutes walk from the Cacilheiro (ferry boat) which takes 10 minutes to Lisbon (Cais do Sodré). On the South Bank you can visit Cristo Rei, Almada Castle, the beaches of Costa da Caparica and Sesimbra. Buses and subway are available. Rent-a-car 5 min walk from the apartment. Very good location, nice apartment, well decorated. The apartment was rented in the traditional model. As I consider a good location for tourists I decided to invest and make the apartment a local accommodation to receive families who want to visit Lisbon and the South Bank of the river Tagus. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with 3 beds (one double and two single), a living room with cable TV, with 200 channels and a sofa bed that can accommodate one or two people.
It has Wi-fi installed, a smart lock and a kitchen equipped with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine and toaster. There is a small storage room in the kitchen.

The apartment is located behind the Tourism Post. Near a street without traffic an full of restaurants, terraces and bars. Nice and quiet neighbourhood. Very suitable for families with children.
