- A spacious, open concept, living room with a 70” Roku TV and dining area with fully equipped kitchen
- Comfortably sleeping up to 10 guests (ideally 6 adults and 4 kids or 8 adults):
- 4 bedrooms ~ Master suite with a KING bed, second and third bedrooms with QUEEN beds, the fourth bedroom with TWO (2) FULL beds, and Roku TV’s in all bedrooms
- 2 full bathrooms ~ both with a shower and bathtub
- Washer and dryer

PETS:
If you plan on bringing pets, we allow up to 2 dogs of any size with a pet fee. Please choose “I am traveling with PETS” on your reservation when booking.

GUESS ACCESS
As a guest, you have access to the full home, including all indoor spaces, the porch and pool, hot tub, and the spacious yard and fire pit. You can easily check in with the smart lock and enjoy all the amenities!

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE

▶ Guests must be 25 years or older. Anyone under 25 needs adult supervision in the unit at all times. Adults must stay on the property during the stay.

▶ Pool cleaning happens every Wednesday and takes just a few minutes. The pool cleaner will enter through the backyard and won’t knock.
Lawn mowing is done on Thursdays.

▶ The property is regularly treated for insects, but bugs may still appear in this humid climate. Please keep all doors closed, including those to the backyard pool area.

HOUSE RULES
》AMAZING POOL AND HOT TUB《
- Enjoy the sparkling pool and hot tub!
The pool is 4.5 ft deep, and the hot tub seats four.
Please no glass near the pool or hot tub, plastic cups are provided.

- If glass, rocks, or trash require the pool to be drained, a cleaning fee will apply.

- If the hot tub water is damaged due to not following use instructions, a cleaning fee will also apply.

- Kindly rinse off sand, sunscreen, and oils before entering—a shower is located next to the pool.
Pool and hot tub use is at your own risk.

》GUESTS & PROPERTY《
House Guidelines
- Quiet hours: Please keep noise indoors between 10 PM – 7 AM. No parties.
- No smoking or vaping indoors. Also no candles, incense, hair dye, or confetti.
- A $250 fee will apply for smoke odors, cigarette butts, or stains left behind.
- Trash: Bag all trash and keep lids closed. Please take trash to the road on Tuesday for Wednesday trash pickup @6am.
- Damages: Report any damage as soon as possible.
- Children: Kids are welcome, but the home is not childproof. Please supervise children at all times.
- Pool use is at your own risk.
- Bathroom: Flush only toilet paper.
- Makeup: Use the black towels provided for makeup removal.
- Fireworks: No fireworks on the property. Do not place fireworks or hot debris in the trash.
- Cancellations: No refunds or discounts for weather, power outages, or natural events beyond our control.

》PETS《
- Up to 2 dogs of any size are welcome.
- Please keep dogs off all furniture and beds.
- Dogs must be crated when left alone and leashed and supervised while outside.
- Pick up after your dog, a $100 fee may apply if we need to clean up after them.
- Dogs are not allowed in the pool or hot tub.
If dog hair clogs the drain, a deep cleaning fee will be charged by the pool/spa service.
