We had a great time with friends and family! The home was clean and the host was very helpful with all information provided up front. The kitchen area made cooking easy and there was plenty of room to gather for meals. The living room was very comfortable for relaxing and watching football bowl games on the big screen tv. We were also fortunate enough to enjoy an overnight snow that blanketed the area the second night of our stay!
The family enjoyed being together and visiting nearby attractions including Grandfather Mountain, Mast General Store, Banner Elk, Boone, and the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Beautiful home
We had a great time staying at the home. We had plenty of room - we had 10 in our group. Large deck and family room too. Gas fireplace was very cozy. Beautiful views over the backyard and stream with nice open options to walk around.

Overall stay
We were so disappointed. There’s was no communication at all with the property manager or owner. There was no for the grill. The amenities letter was never provide. There was a leaking on the roof. There was a lot of dust. The fridge was not working properly. The pool code was sent Friday night when the pool is open Monday thru Friday, and we stayed Thursday thru Sunday. We couldn’t go to the pool at all. There was no communication at with the property owner. The guess number was wrong we called and never got in contact with anybody. The overall experience was terrible. Please provide better service with your property.

Harhonny, we are sorry for your issues when you stayed at our property.
- We have contacted the cleaning team and changed our procedures. We do thank you for taking the sheets and covers off the beds. We were charged extra fees for cleaning the sheets that had stains on them.
- The grill was dirty and I apologize for that, we have instituted new procedures and cleaned the grill well. We have 3 propane tanks for the property and have filled all and left them at the property. It sounds like all the tanks were empty.
- I am investigating the QR code and why you had issues using the pool on a weekend, I have sent permission to the office in writing, but with the office closed on weekends I have to get another plan.
- Thank you for letting me know about the problems when you arrived. Also, we were wondering where the roof was leaking so we could get it taken care of.
- My cell phone is on the sheet on the refrigerator, if I am not available please leave me a message and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
- The refrigerator is new and worked well for us while there recently, if you could let us know what was wrong with it, that would be helpful. We dusted the top and cleaned it and have added that to the new procedures in the future.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. We will continue to deliver the 5-star experiences we are known for.
Excelente estadía, tienen muchos utensilios de cocina, no hizo falta nada, sábanas y todo acorde a la estadía, todo limpio y en orden y muy céntrico para los centros de ski
We really enjoyed our stay - plenty of room for everyone, and lots to do. Dick played pickleball, the kids did the coaster over in Banner Elk, and I highly recommend the Mexican restaurant, Los Arcoiris just down 181 from Land Harbor, and also The Tin Trout. The only suggestion I would make is that the bed in the second main level bedroom be upgraded to a queen. It is too small for an adult couple.
This was our 2nd year staying in this home. 5th year in Linville Land Harbor. This is by far the best and most comfortable home we have stayed in. Love the large back yard where our grandchildren continued to look for "Big Foot". Looking forward to next year already.
Loved our time at this mountain house. Had ample room for all of us. Huge yard for kids and dogs to play. Pool and amenities were close and very nice. Golf course was right up the street. Liked it so much we are looking for a house in this area!
Home is spacious. Community amenities are excellent. Great experience. Would come again.

Family vacation
We had a wonderful time and had plenty of room at this house. The house is in an excellent location in Land Harbor and the creek behind it was great for the kids. The extra kitchen area downstairs was a bonus. The house was clean and had most everything we needed. We spent a lot of time on the deck outside which had comfortable furniture and a gas fire pit. The weather was beautiful and chilly the first few nights but it has air conditioning which we did use the last few days. Really the only complaint would be lack of communication with Evolve, they aren’t quick to respond. Once you get in touch with Traci the communication was better. All in all we enjoyed this house and would stay again
The house is beautifully situated in the NC mountains. There is ample gathering space both inside and out. The large backyard allows for outdoor games, cookouts, and campfires.
The house was lovely and just as shown. The kitchen was stocked well, the living areas had lots of comfortable seating and tables, and there was plenty of provided linens to handle our group of 15.
The backyard and the creek were spectacular. Our group enjoyed fishing right on the property.
Two downstairs bedrooms were quite small, but given the spacious and beautiful main living area, we didn't care.
Communication from the property manager could have been more robust so we missed out on understanding the full scope of fishing rules before we arrived and couldn't get instructions for working the gas fireplace from them.
The family gathering room was awesome and spacious. The property manager Traci was accommodating and attentive. We traveled in February, so the snow made the parking a little more challenging in the driveway.
We enjoyed our stay. The large windows with views of the river, the very large open space for hanging out, and large nice deck are definitely the best features of this property. There was plenty of comfortable seating, a game table, the kitchen and a cable TV all in the same large open space. This was great!! This was our families annual trip so we loved being able to comfortably gather in one area with plenty of activities for the whole family. Cooking, games (we bought our own games), puzzles, cable tv and a beautiful view all in one common area.
The bedrooms are basic and small, the bathrooms are simple and clean.
Our only 2 complaints are #1: the kitchen is not very well stocked for cooking meals for a family of 12. For a house that accomodates a group that size the kitchen needs more stuff.... pots, pans, Pyrex dishes, ...in my opinion. #2 there is no place outside for trash, again with 12 people over 4 days we accumulated trash and didnt have a place outside to put it and we were afraid to set it out because of animals.
Overall the house was perfect for us and we are already looking forward to next year.
The house was very spacious with beautiful views. It had everything you need to have a carefree stay. We had to vacuum there was hair balls down stairs and gold fish crackers witch we did not have with us

ENJOYED OUR STAY
This was our 4th year staying in Linville Land Harbor. This was our favorite home thus far. Our grandchildren enjoyed the river and looking for "big foot" in the spacious yard. Tracie was a huge help also. We made a lot of special memories and are looking forward to next year already. Glenda & Family
My family was in land harbor to celebrate my sisters 50th wedding anniversary. This house was perfect for my daughters, husbands and grandchildren. It was clean and comfortable! The kitchen was updated and so well stocked! We loved sitting on the deck and the children loved the riverside!
We came up with our family for our annual summer reunion in NC. The house is very spacious and clean. The open floor concept with large windows makes it nice if you have to be indoors, but sitting on the deck with views of the creek is the place to be. The deck didn’t have the cover shown in picture, but has enough seating along with propane fire pit and heater for cool mornings and evenings. The location of this home is super. It is close to many attractions, stores, etc. However, being in Land Harbor is perfect with access to the pool, community events (ex. bingo and line dancing classes), and lots of fishing! The property manager, Traci, helped and answered all of our questions day or night. We hated to leave, but are looking at our calendars to book for next summer. We can’t wait to come back!
