There’s was roaches all in the crib everyday the bathroom door and one of the room doors is messed up and the other is off the hinges other than that it was good we just did no damage to the house

The owner contacted me a week before my check in to tell me the property was no longer available. I had to scramble to find a new place to stay in time to still enjoy spring break with my grandchildren!

The ONLY thing this place has going for it is the fact that the A/C works. That's IT. I don't write scathing reviews. I'm not a princess and I don't need the Ritz. I can handle imperfections. However, this place was abysmal. First, we received incorrect directions from the host. The address we were given was the front of a neighborhood and we had to call the host at 9pm and he gave us the correct directions. Thank God he answered. Here's where things continue to go wrong:No outside light. No lights OR outlets work in either the kitchen or the living room. This place claims to sleep 6. There were 5 pillows and 2 towels in the home. TOTAL. NOT PER ROOM. TOTAL. The mattresses were covered in the plastic the came in - insanely uncomfortable. We found a worm in the toilet and multiple cockroaches, both living and dead. The shower soap was bar soap. Open and used bar soap. The key was not locked up. It is in a place where anyone can see and get it and copy it. We notified VRBO on Saturday morning that we were not staying a second night (our checkout was Sunday). For whatever reason, they tried to get the owner to refund us, which of course he said no. I have never stayed in a place as bad as this. Just don't go.
