The Space:

Get a taste of Folly Beach like never before in this stylish, newly renovated cottage in the heart of all the action! From the moment you arrive, you will be greeted by the wonderful tropical surroundings of the property that will allow everyone to slip into vacation mode.



Step inside, and the true magic reveals itself with hardwood floors, tasteful beach decor, and an open layout ideal for spreading out after a day on the sand. The kitchenette is equipped with new full-size stainless steel appliances except for a fridge - a mini-fridge is available. There's also a gas range, a wine fridge, a farmhouse sink, and a Keurig coffee maker, so there will be no need to venture out for mealtimes. When you return from a full day of adventure, treat yourself to a soothing rinse in the oversized rain shower before kicking back in the living area for a movie night on the TV. A turf yard and picnic tables await outside to watch the sunset with the whole gang.

Great location, just a couple of blocks from beach and a few blocks from town center. Can easily walk anywhere you want to go. AC works REALLY GOOD!!! Enjoyed our stay, will most likely stay here again!

Perfect small house and only 4 blocks from a public beach access. Only improvement I would mention is the bed was too soft.

Cute and clean

Perfect for a family of four, very clean. Walkable to playground. Great modern beach house. Very small but has everything you need. Shower room was very popular with our children, barn door to bathroom may not be ideal for everyone. We stay at Folly several times a year and this is a place we would stay again.

Seriously an amazing location. Walking distance to the beach and rode our bikes into the center of town. The bed was so uncomfortable, we bought a mattress topper after 1 night of sleep. Just felt like it was going to save our backs since we were there a week.

Our stay was very disappointing. The toilet in our cottage was not working properly and began to overflow. We reached out to the host with the issue and a property manager arrived at the cottage and tried to resolve the issue with a plunger. This did not work so we were moved to cottage C. In cottage C the chain in the back of the toilet was broken so the toilet would not flush. Because of this we had to take the back of the toilet off and manually flush the toilet every time we needed to use the toilet. I reached out to the host multiple times during our stay and received no resolution until the last day of our stay. A plumber arrived on our last day and resolved the issue. Because of the unresponsiveness of the host I would like to be reimbursed for the inconvenience. However, after multiple attempts to rectify the situation I only receive responses that they are looking into it.
