Pulled into the parking spot of this property took our breath away! Could not have asked for a better 180 degree view of the gulf and was literally steps to the sand. The beach was not crowded at all and almost felt private. Had read reviews that the pull-out sofa was uncomfortable, and for us was NOT the case, our teenage daughters (15 & 19) slept on it every night said it was very comfortable. No on-site laundry, but there was a laundry mat 1/2 mile away. Otherwise had everything we needed. Very happy with our stay and was a great value.

The location couldn’t be better. Low key and beautiful beach. Host answered anytime I had a question. Only negative was the beds weren’t great. I’d definitely go back cause it was a great value!

Had an absolutely wonderful time. Loved the property and the location. In my opinion, cleaning service needs to pay attention to details. Everything was dusty, arterial plants, lampshades. Shower needs attention with a really good cleaning. Shower doors were scummy and not cleaned in awhile. Kitchen had basics but only three plates, three bowls. We could have used some mixing bowls. Overall, wonderful time, would love to come back!

Cottage was in a great location but the bed was super uncomfortable. The patio and deck in the pictures are shared with three other rooms at this building. I will say you can see the beach from any of the rooms tho. It was a nice place, just not exactly what we were expecting from the description. We had 4 wash rags for 2 people to stay 7 days. The owner is very responsive if you message with any questions.
