About this property

Home on golf course pond. Hike. Swim. Golf!

Permit #:613201 Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home. Newly renovated home offers two king beds and pull out couch. Washer and dryer as well as full kitchen available. The front porch faces the golf course providing great views.  Peaceful and private setting!  We want all of our guests to know for safety reasons, we are across the street from the pond and the home does require climbing metal stairs to access front door. The home also has a steep stair case inside.

Property was clean, well stocked, and easy to find. We were not informed that there was no air conditioning, and that was a problem. Amenities were adequate. Railing on the steep steps leading into the property was loose, and needs repaired. For the price, we certainly expected more. The property was comfortable, area information was adequate. Would give an overall rating of 4.
