This beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is located just a block from Garden City Beach and a block from the marsh, making it the perfect setting for your next beach getaway. The house provides everything you need to enjoy, some fun in the sun or a relaxing evening grilling or cooking with your family/friends at the property. The spacious fenced in backyard with a hammock, bar area and charcoal grill is the perfect oasis after a long day. The front porch view of the sunset does not disappoint either.
It is within walking distance of the Garden City Pier, an arcade, ice cream shop, as well as numerous beach shops and restaurants along the main strip. If your group is looking for a delicious seafood dining experience with a great atmosphere, we suggest a short drive to Murrells Inlet where either side of the street is lined with some of the best restaurants in the area. Not to mention many other great attractions within driving distance. Golfing, shopping, aquarium, putt putt, and so much more!
Garden City has so much to offer and this is the perfect location for it all!

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
We hope you enjoyed your stay! Please double check all bedrooms for personal belongings! Strip all bed of sheets/any bedding used. Start at least one load of bedding and/or towels before leaving.
Please take out all trash to the big trash cans. Trash pick up is early Monday mornings, be sure to put the trash cans by the curb Sunday evening or before you check out to be collected.
Please remove all food from the refrigerator. Load and start the dishwasher of any dirty dishes.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
