5 bedroom 2,000 sq. ft. house with open floor plan - Inside: updated kitchen, stainless steel appliances, kitchen bar area that seats 4, additional bar with bar fridge and wine cooler, dining Room table that seats 8, fireplace with flat screen tv, sectional couches, bedrooms have beach themes - fish room, crab room, flip-flop room, boat room or beach room. All bedrooms have new beds - 4 queen beds, bunk bed with double on the bottom and twin on top. Bedrooms have flat screens tv. Outside: 3 levels of decks, stained dark brown in 2019. lots of patio furniture, level lake-front. Mew patio and hot tub and new fire pit installed. Great water depth for swimming and kids, parking for 6 cars. 2 pontoon boats available for rent. Rate for each is 1350/week. Once booked we can set up boat rental. If you're looking for other upgrades like kayaks we got you covered, just ask!
