Fantastic home, great location. Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Had a couple of questions during our stay and received responses immediately. The house has everything for the beach too… towels, chairs, etc. Highly recommend!!!

Great location, Responsive management team

Located on the beach and within easy walking distance of grocery shopping, pharmacy and restaurants. House comes well stocked for household items and pool/beach fun. Upon checkin there were a couple of issues with the pool but management responded quickly and rectified within 24hrs. House has dual zone A/C and kept the house comfortable. A couple of items to be aware of: - Master bedroom is upstairs. Stair case is on the narrow side with short steps. Could be an issue for the aged or people with gait issues. - Kitchen is on the small side but well stocked. - parking is sufficient for 2 standard trucks and an SUV tightly parked We recommend this house for a fun beach vacation and would have no problem returning.

Great location with all the amenities you need for a great beach vacation. The pool and spa were wonderful and plenty of room for the whole family. Being pet friendly is an added plus! A very easy short walk to enjoy the wonderful New Smyrna beach. Highly recommend.

Ocean view home away from home

We cannot say enough good things about this property and its management. It truly felt like a home away from home, with the bonus of being a heavenly beachside retreat. To be honest, our stay started off a bit rocky - the property changed owners since we booked and there was a mix up with our arrival date. Nevertheless, NSB Realty was quick to respond and remedy the situation, providing us with an exceptional alternative for the first night of our stay. Furthermore, they were kind, accommodating and even gave us a fair refund for the inconvenience. For the remainder of our heavenly week, we were thrilled with the Sand Dollar property. It was everything as advertised and more. Beautiful views, steps - literal steps! - to the beach, cozy furnishings, magazine-worthy decor, all the kitchen amenities you could think of (including new oven!), and comfy beds! The back deck included a fire pit - two actually - and two grills, and lovely pool and hot tub for relaxing. Additionally, the property is conveniently located just a short walk to Publix, Starbucks, Walgreens and the French Bakery. It was everything we wanted. Our family had a delightful time and we plan to come back to this property again in the future.
