Beautiful house! I loved that it was walking distance to Morris Island. With the house being located at the end of all the houses it was not crowded. Very comfortable.

The house was clean. Communicating with the house manager was seamless. The ocean was right behind the property. Couldn't ask for anything nicer.

This was the perfect layout to enjoy the house and see the beach at all times when you're in the house. Porch was perfect and the beach was your backyard and far away enough from the public beaches so there was no one there but yourself, yet close enough to main street to enjoy everything about Folly Beach. A great place to vacation.

On a 60th birthday trip with the girls. Wonderful place to be, wish we could have stayed longer. The decks were a lovely spot to be when we weren’t on the beach. The beds were extremely comfortable. And the neighbors were lovely!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beach house! It was even more beautiful in person than the pictures showed. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and every detail made us feel right at home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway!

Please note there are alot of stairs before you can enter the house. Be prepared . Also there is a room full of sand covered equipment on the 1st floor. Tons of sand...needs to be cleaned out. No need to bring beach toys..great location, minor repairs need to be made, chairs on balcony had pieces broken, bunk bed room entry to bathroom had wooden slat loose, wireless connectivity is spotty..great beach

This house is in the most perfect spot on Folly! We love being away from all the crowds. The kids had the best time on the beach and walking to the end of the island was so easy from there. The rooms were set up perfectly for different aged kids, parents, and grandparents. One of the best houses we have stayed in. Scott is an excellent host, very quick to respond and very helpful! 10 out of 10 would come back!

Great house! Obviously the location is unbeatable when you're beachfront so it was only uphill from there. Scott was great with not only communicating but also taking to action when there was a need (e.g. we needed extra towels). The kitchen was well stocked & there were extra blankets as well as floor fans in each room. Also plenty of beach chairs, boogey boards & beach toys on hand.
