Welcome to Tee Fore Two! This (4 Bedroom ~ 3 full bath) oceanfront home sleeps 8 and has one of the largest screened-in oceanfront porches on the island! Conveniently located directly on the beach, one block from Center Street, and just a few blocks from the community tennis and basketball courts, guests will enjoy all that Folly has to offer!

Our guests are sure to enjoy the oversized side and back porches with plenty of outdoor seating and vast unobstructed ocean views. With beautiful hardwood and tile floors throughout the main living areas and bathrooms, the wide-open Southern style floor plan in this upscale home makes this a relaxing and comfortable environment for all. Additionally, there is abundant seating in the living room and dining area for entertaining, and the fully equipped kitchen will have everything you will need to prepare meals for family and friends.

Folly Beach, or as locals refer to it, The Edge of America, is a laid-back, golf-cart-friendly community with many great restaurants, a booming nightlife, plenty of shopping, water activities, and water tours. For more historic exploring, the famous Downtown Charleston is only a 25 - minute car ride, which offers endless fine dining, shopping, historical sites, and more. There is something for everyone here. We promise you will Folly in love with this beautiful island!

There is plenty of parking in the driveway. Garage parking not available.
We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use.
Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am.
The Folly Beach noise ordinance is from 10 pm to 8 am.
No pets allowed. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are not allowed in properties unless specifically designated in writing as “pets considered” and approved by our office.
No smoking is allowed in or outside of the house.
House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited.
The occupancy can be at most 8 people at any time during your stay.
A 50% payment is required when placing your reservation online, with the remaining 50% automatically charged to the card on file 60 days before your check-in date. If you are booking a reservation withing 60 days of your arrival date, the other 50% of your reservation will be charged within the next business day.

The view was amazing—sunrise and sunset! RIGHT ON THE BEACH—no obstruction of the view! Easy private access to the beach! Downtown, easy to walk to most restaurants (which were plenty). Close enough to Charleston to discover all that it has to share. Garage parking was a huge plus!

Folly Getaway

We enjoyed the Tee Fore Two house very much on Folly Beach! The screened-in porch made the house so enjoyable. We ate most of our meals out on the porch and there is enough seating so that everyone was comfortable. We had six adults and two children and everyone had a great time. I’m sure we will be back at this property!

Great Stay!

We loved our stay! Wonderful location on Folly Beach with close proximity to everything. The house was exceptionally clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. Our only suggestion is to provide small beach chairs and beach towels to take to the beach. The beach is a huge draw for this house and providing these additional items would have made our stay that much better. All in all, a wonderful stay and we hope to be back!

Great Family Getaway

This property was exactly as pictured. There was ample space for our family. The location at mid beach was perfect. We enjoyed being just a short walk to the coffee shops, Bert’s, and restaurants. The kitchen had every dish, pan, glass, utensil, kitchen tool, barbecue tool, and cutting board that you could possibly need. We loved the easy access to the beach. It was a great pre-holiday experience for this Midwest family.

Beautiful property really bad timing

This house and location was wonderful, but it should never have been on the market to rent. Folly beach is rebuilding the beach and construction occurred 24/7. The tractors ran all night and the beeping from them backing up kept us up all night. You could feel the vibrations from them plowing the sand. Instead of having a relaxing week we literally are sick, exhausted, stressed. The rental company, who were very nice and easy to work with comp'd us a night, but they should have moved us or comp'd the entire trip minus cleaning etc. If I wasn't with my family we would have left the first night.

House was very clean, and access to the beach was great. If I had to say anything that was wrong, it would be there were lightbulbs missing or burned out and batteries dead in remotes. I emailed the property manager and they brought some batteries but did not replace any bulbs. Overall it was a nice stay for my family.

Great property at great location

Wonderful location with direct access to the beach and walking to restaurants and shops. Very spacious and lovely outdoor screened in porch overlooking the beach that was perfect for morning yoga and relaxing throughout the day. Unfortunate issue with water going out, but the contact at property management, Samantha, was absolutely responsive, kind, and attentive. We were unable to get the water fixed before we checked out, but the property owner refunded partial days stay which was much appreciated. Cannot beat the location or attentiveness of rental management service. Do bring own shampoo as I missed this was not included in the rental and forgot ours...not much shopping choice for such in near vacinity. Would highly recommend the property.

Wonderful property and great management

Wonderful beach front location. Literally 60 seconds walk from the beach. The house is spacious and clean with everything we needed. Management company reached out to check on us and responded to every question quickly. Perfect short vacation before Christmas. Would love to return in the summer although price may be too high for such great property in peak season.

This is our second year staying at this beach house, and it did not disappoint. The location is perfection and the layout wonderful for our family. Everyone congregated on the enormous screened porch and the kitchen was well-appointed for our family dinners. AMAZING Home and Perfect Location!

My family literally had our Best Vacation Ever at this beautiful home on Folly Beach! The four bedrooms were perfect for all 7 guests and we spent a majority of our time in the home on the back screened in porch facing the ocean. The ocean was at our back door... which was ridiculously convenient and the town was just two blocks away. We could not be happier with our stay and plan on coming back every year! Great house in a great location!

This house was perfect for 3 couples. We had plenty of room and loved the location. We loved being right on the beach and really enjoyed the large screened in back deck. We walked to breakfast every morning at Rita's Seaside Grill or the Lost Dog Cafe. We were only about 25 minutes by car to Charleston . We were also happy to have 2 parking spaces since we drove and had 2 cars and street parking was pretty full every day. The only problem we had was a broken dishwasher that was unable to be replaced during our week long stay. MyOceanRental: Thank you for the feedback! We are so happy you enjoyed the location and deck. Unfortunately it was not possible to get the dishwasher replaced during your stay but we have since had it taken care of. Our apologies for the inconvenience. Spring break on the beachfront

This beachfront home was perfect for our spring break week away. A HUGE greatroom with well-appointed kitchen, plus four good sized bedrooms was perfect for our extended family. Amazing Beach House!

This house was absolutely perfect for our multi-family beach vacation! The house is spacious and well appointed. The bedrooms were large enough to accommodate a travel crib and an inflatable toddler mattress, so everyone was able to sleep comfortably. The great room was enormous with plenty of room for the littles to play, and the outdoor porch perfect for everyone to gather together and enjoy the sea breezes. The older children loved the location because they could walk to Center Street for morning coffees and boba, or to Bert's for hot dogs and ice cream. Thankfully, even though the house is close to the main drag, it is extremely quiet at night and we had no trouble finding ample space on the beach. We rented golf carts to easily ride to the Washout for surf or the Morris Island lighthouse. We were so pleased with this house, we plan to make this a yearly vacation to see extended family and enjoy beautiful Folly Beach. Response from MOR: Thank you for your review and your feedback. Absolutely Beautiful!

From the moment we arrived, until we departed, our stay was perfect. Check-in/check-out was a breeze. The home was spotless, in fact I would have to say in all my travels, perhaps the most clean home we have stayed in. Our morning walks (with coffee in hand) were only a few steps to the beachfront. The sunrises were breathtaking! The kitchen was stocked with necessary items for us to prepare breakfast, as we chose to enjoy several of the local restaurants for lunch/dinner.
