Great Beach House

Perfect place for a family beach vacation. Our seven, kids and grandkids, loved the layout and the location. Clean and well appointed, amazing screen porch. I would definitely recommend this rental.

7 old friends spent a week together

We had such a good time! The screened in porch is where we spent all of our time - when we weren’t on the beach. The kitchen is wonderful, had everything we needed!

Great location and ocean views

We had a fabulous stay at Tee Fore Two. The deck is probably the best feature - big enough to spread out with plenty of furniture - lounge chairs, deck chairs and a table. The location of this property is perfect for Folly Beach - downtown / pier is 2 blocks with Berts right behind us. We've been renting house in Folly for several years, this is one of the best.

30 yr college couple trip

From start to finish it was fantastic! Location,location, location. Don't stay anywhere else, beach right out your backdoor. Town of Folly Beach is walkable (3-4 blocks) & has something for everybody. Wonderful experience for all of us.

Location, Location, Location

The property was exactly as advertised. The 200 yard walk to center street was even better. You are a 100 yard walk from a hidden gem, Chico Feo. Probably the best Tacos I've had. Back to the house...the balcony is awesome and provides a nice panoramic view of the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed. I will definitely stay here again next time we come back to Folly.

AMAZING Home and Perfect Location!

My family literally had our Best Vacation Ever at this beautiful home on Folly Beach! The four bedrooms were perfect for all 7 guests and we spent a majority of our time in the home on the back screened in porch facing the ocean. The ocean was at our back door... which was ridiculously convenient and the town was just two blocks away. We could not be happier with our stay and plan on coming back every year! Another amazing day!

This is our second year staying at this beach house, and it did not disappoint. The location is perfection and the layout wonderful for our family. Everyone congregated on the enormous screened porch and the kitchen was well-appointed for our family dinners. Can't beat it

Fantastic house in a fantastic location. Less than 5 minute walk to anything Folly Beach has to offer and 25 minute drive to downtown Charleston. Would stay again without a doubt. One Note/Complaint : Cable TV connection on living room television constantly cut out making it impossible to watch. Was only my wife and I so we used our bedroom TV instead but would've been a problem if staying with more people. Needs to be fixed.

Folly Beach - 2023

The house was great. Great location, close to the pier with a spectacular screened porch with wonderful ocean views. Very well equipped home. There was some confusion about the door code to use for access, but the issue was resolved quickly. Biggest problem was the gas grill. I would consider it sub-standard for the price we were paying. Also had issues with getting hot water in 2 bathroom sinks & the kitchen sinks.. Had to turn on the hot water in the shower/tub to get warm water in the bathroom sinks, & had to run the dishwasher to get warm water in the kitchen sinks.

First visit to Folly

Overall a good property and experience but in need of some updates. All but one chair from the table and chairs on screened in porch in bad shape. However, the screened in porch itself was a great space. Living room furniture also dated - back of one of the chairs was ripped and recliners squeaky. Also in need of additional wine glasses, only 3 and very mismatched. Neighbors across the street on the last night of our stay were very loud and blasting music but stopped eventually due to the noise ordinance. It would have been helpful to have seen a virtual tour or a more detailed description of the house to have a better idea of the layout. Luckily, the open floor plan worked well for our group. First bedroom facing the street was very warm even with vents open and fan running. Great location and walkable to all shops and restaurants.

Folly Getaway

We enjoyed the Tee Fore Two house very much on Folly Beach! The screened-in porch made the house so enjoyable. We ate most of our meals out on the porch and there is enough seating so that everyone was comfortable. We had six adults and two children and everyone had a great time. I’m sure we will be back at this property!

Great Stay!

We loved our stay! Wonderful location on Folly Beach with close proximity to everything. The house was exceptionally clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. Our only suggestion is to provide small beach chairs and beach towels to take to the beach. The beach is a huge draw for this house and providing these additional items would have made our stay that much better. All in all, a wonderful stay and we hope to be back!

Great Family Getaway

This property was exactly as pictured. There was ample space for our family. The location at mid beach was perfect. We enjoyed being just a short walk to the coffee shops, Bert’s, and restaurants. The kitchen had every dish, pan, glass, utensil, kitchen tool, barbecue tool, and cutting board that you could possibly need. We loved the easy access to the beach. It was a great pre-holiday experience for this Midwest family.

Beautiful property really bad timing

This house and location was wonderful, but it should never have been on the market to rent. Folly beach is rebuilding the beach and construction occurred 24/7. The tractors ran all night and the beeping from them backing up kept us up all night. You could feel the vibrations from them plowing the sand. Instead of having a relaxing week we literally are sick, exhausted, stressed. The rental company, who were very nice and easy to work with comp'd us a night, but they should have moved us or comp'd the entire trip minus cleaning etc. If I wasn't with my family we would have left the first night.
