The building features upgraded amenities like a theater, a recreation room with a pool table, laundry and dry cleaning facilities, and a comprehensive fitness center. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Chicago and our apartment has to offer. Building requires a separate lease agreement to be signed. 30 day minimum stay.
