Host communicated very well. The place is wonderfully remodeled. Location was excellent. The place was very clean however, because no one had been inside for some time the garbage disposal stunk very bad. My wife finally found the source and cleaned the garbage disposal. We opened up the house and it took several hours to remove smell. Owner came with Candles to lite until smell went away. The amenities could be better. Example Olympics were on regular free NBC also Daytona 500 was on regular free Fox. Unfortunately the TV did not have any local free network channels. Thus I did not get to see the Daytona 500 nor some of the Olympics. Glad I did not stay during the Super Bowl. The place does have a location for a washer and dryer but no washer and dryer. For the price you naturally would think it would include a washer and dryer.
