This brand new 1 bed/1 bath is perfect for couples, friends and all outdoor enthusiasts. There is a Queen size bed in the master bedroom.

A mini kitchenette allows for food storage and prep. Kick your feet up and have a movie night with our HDTVs.

No pets are allowed in this unit.

In order to protect you and the property we have partnered with Safely, a 3rd party screening and property insurance company. This screening is very quick and simply verifies your ID and checks against criminal and internal databases. It provides peace of mind should any small damage occur during your stay, and helps to eliminate credit card fraud. You should receive an email from Safely shortly after booking (please check your SPAM or junk mail). Please follow the included instructions to complete the process and verify your reservation. Special monthly rates for Safely Insurance and Screening are available for longer stays and may be added on to stays over 30 nights after booking. Crisp, clean and efficient unit

Great location in walking distance to heart of downtown Moab. Exceptionally clean and felt bigger than pictures, nice patio area and good parking.

Great home base for Moab adventure trip.

My daughter and I came to Moab to celebrate her graduation. The location of this place was perfect. Walking distance to great food, shopping, and parks. Comfortable clean home base for all our outdoor fun. Perfect size for two.

The perfect stay!

My partner and I stayed here to be close to Arches National Park. The place was perfect for our one night stay and was well stocked. It was easy to check in and out. I would recommend it for anyone wanting to visit Arches!
