This century old house has been newly renovated into modern-traditional two story residence. It features 12ft ceilings, original hardwood floors and gourmet marble kitchen, bathroom and fireplaces. Located just 10mins from the FrenchQuarter,City Park. Three big bedrooms with 12ft ceilings and a fireplace. Large living room with a foyer on first floor, along with the spacious kitchen. 1 full bath on the second floor and 1 half bath on the first floor. Downstairs bedroom is a traditional shotgun style walkthrough. All making up 1,650 square feet of luxuriously spacious house. There is a front porch and a balcony on the second floor.
Heated Pool is Shared with adjacent property. Maximum number of persons allowed is 6 per reservation.

Stay was as advertised. Very clean and spacious and check in and out was easy. Outdoor space is great and clean heated was used, even in December. Host communicated well throughout our stay via the VRBO app. This is a busy street and at times we had to find parking around the corner. But it is close public transport. Layout is a bit odd as mentioned in other comments so read through the description. Has the basic essentials but don’t expect to do a lot of heavy cooking as there are not a lot of extensive kitchen wares or a dishwasher. Home is part of a duplex so we did have to share outside space and the pool area, but there never a conflict. We were visiting family who live nearby and it the home met all the needs.
