Beautiful town home in the heart of the Garden District. Secure gated parking......5 minutes to all parts of town, French Quarter, Uptown, Central Business District. Lots of restaurants and shops on Magazine St......lots of antique shops within this area that you can walk to. Also a one block walk to the streetcar line to downtown and the french quarter. . Secure and gated....with gates parking
Transportation: Less than 2 blocks to the street car which will take you Downtown or Uptown.

Large 3 bedroom 2 and a half bath with lots of entertaining space! Each bedroom either has one king or Queen size bed.. There is also a sofa for someone to sleep on as well. Everything is brand new, all the beds, mattresses, etc. There is of course a dining room and living room area. Also an open kitchen area with seating.

The building is newly renovated with gated off street parking. Your stay will include coffee,,, creamer ...tea and usuallly bagels and cream cheese .1,995 sq ft each side. There is also a back yard patio for cocktails and grilling.

Great Place

We came to this property my husband and another couple. Karen the owner was great. We were able to park are vehicle there early and she notified us when the property was ready. The place worked out perfect for us and the rental was actually bigger than we thought it would be. I would highly recommend this property and Karen was great to us.

Enjoyable experience in the Garden District

Our stay was amazing, this location was perfect for vibes of Bourbon street but to also experience the historic garden district. Karen was communicative and inviting. We will defiantly stay here again!

Authentic New Orleans Home

If you want to experience NOLA, this beautifully decorated and authentic NOLA style home will please you from the first step inside. We immediately appreciated the art, decor, tall ceilings and open air access. Front porches were for a warmer day. We will be back and stay again. Icing on top? The hosts were extra accommodating and so friendly.

Wow

Our host Karen was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Clean, comfortable, convenient location. We were in town to exhibit at a trade show, and the townhouse was well equipped for my team.

Birthday celebration

House was everything we hoped. We were three mid 70s women celebrating our birthdays together. There was plenty of room to sit and talk. Everything was clean and plenty of extra towels, blankets and pillows. Beds were very comfortable. Host who lives downstairs was couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. Easy to walk to many places. Good little coffee places in the neighborhood.
