The Space:
A freshly renovated New Orleans historic beauty. It has all the modern amenities one could ask for while maintaining its historic charm. The unit has soaring ceilings and tons of natural light. Two king bedrooms (each with a 55" TV), and one twin bedroom with a desk (this bedroom/office area does not have a door to close it off), 2 full bathrooms, spa-quality Comphy brand sheets, a large open dining and living room, a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer in the unit. Plus one garage parking spot. This home has all one could ask for to have an amazing NOLA stay.

You will have full and private access to the 2.5 bedroom 2 bathroom home. The building is a double (duplex) and shares a dividing center wall with the unit next door. The courtyard is shared between the two units.

The Garden District is majestic and inspiring. This apartment is just steps to Magazine Street's boutiques, antique shops, restaurants, coffee shops, cafes, local bars, and more! This area is exceptionally walkable and features oak-shaded streets that are lined with a diverse mix of homes, from single-story cottages to the grand historic mansions and lavish gardens of St. Charles Avenue. The St Charles streetcar six blocks away will transport you downtown to the French Quarter or uptown to the Universities or all the way to the Riverbend. In addition, it is very close to the Mardi Gras parade routes so you can catch all the Carnival fun! Located in the heart of the Garden District, the home offers an ideal location. You'll be steps from award-winning restaurants, first rate shopping, world-class breweries, parks, and more.
Getting Around:
This neighborhood is very walkable. Magazine St. is just one block away and the St. Charles streetcar line is six blocks away and will take you to all the main tourist attractions including Audubon Park, Tulane and Loyola Universities, the Riverbend, and the French Quarter. Uber or taxi will get take guests to most areas in the city in about 10 minutes or less. All street parking is free and first come, first serve.
