Welcome! This house is centrally located just a short drive from the Las Vegas Strip, Fremont Street, and the Convention Center. It features a spacious open-concept layout with large-screen TVs throughout, making it perfect for business travelers and large groups wanting to stay close to the best of Las Vegas. Please note: strictly no parties or events allowed.

It is a residential neighborhood and very easily accessible. There's lots of shopping nearby, and grocery stores are close. The house is in an up and coming, culturally diverse neighborhood. Close to very good restaurants in the Chinatown area. The house on a main road, so there may be some street noise during the stay.

- No smoking indoors. A $500 fee will apply if the home smells like smoke after checkout.
- Quiet hours after 10 PM. Noise monitoring device outside the property will alert us if levels are too high. Multiple warnings may lead to cancellation without refund.
