This place was wonderful. It's in an excellent location very close to City Park. Beds were extremely comfortable and we loved having noise making machines in the room. Angelle was extremely responsive and replied quickly to any questions we had. Spotlessly clean. Thank you!

Pros - Proximity to street car, cleanliness of unit, host was very responsive and allowed us to check in early, ample on-street parking, coffee and filters provided, sound machines in bedrooms. Cons - Very little instructions, such as where the washer/dryer is located, extremely uncomfortable pillows and bed in front bedroom (bed in back room was slightly more comfortable), locks take several tries to engage from the outside, lots of noise from upstairs & side tenants, smoke detectors would go off when trying to preheat oven with nothing in it, no wash cloths provided. Overall, I feel like this could be an amazing VRBO if some adjustments were made. The furnishings were all very uncomfortable and didn't allow us to relax after a long day of exploring NOLA, but a new couch and beds would make all the difference in the world. Having instructions for guests so they don't have to contact the host with questions would also be helpful.
