Casa Arcana began as a shared dream. We’re a couple from the U.S. and Mexico. Aleika grew up in the Yucatán Peninsula, and Greg is an artist. We were both drawn to Mérida for its color, creativity, and deep sense of place. Aleika is an interior designer, and together we slowly shaped this home by hand, piece by piece, imagining the kind of place we ourselves would want to arrive at after a long journey.

Hosting, for us, is about offering more than a place to sleep. It’s about creating a feeling. A home where mornings are unhurried, afternoons drift by the pool, and evenings invite conversation, rest, or inspiration. Casa Arcana is where our worlds meet: thoughtful design, artful details, and the easy warmth of the Yucatán. We’re excited to share it with you.
