I wasn't sure I had the place as a firm confirmation didn't come through until the day of. Would've appreciated a warning of where the toilets and showers were (across the drive) and how hard to push on the lock (extra firm). The space itself was lovely and comfy. Slept well

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're so glad to hear that you found the space lovely and comfortable and that you had a good night's sleep!
We're sorry to hear there was some confusion regarding your reservation confirmation. Our records indicate that a confirmation was sent through Glamping Hub on June 24, the day the reservation was made. If you didn't receive it, we'd really appreciate it if you could let us know so we can look into it further.
Regarding the bathrooms, their location is included in the cabin description on the Glamping Hub listing and is also shown on the check-in map that is sent on the day of arrival. We understand that it can still be easy to miss details while traveling, and we'll look for ways to make that information even more noticeable.
Thank you as well for bringing the cabin door to our attention. We've already scheduled someone to adjust the lock as soon as possible so it's easier for future guests to use.
We appreciate your feedback and hope we'll have the opportunity to welcome you back for another stay!
