You will relax with a panoramic view inside or outside on the deck or grass or on the beach. The view will be stunning! No other property in Cove Beach or Falcon Cove has a better view.
The beach is about 2 miles long. Cove Beach to the north and Falcon Cove to the south.
Beach access is at the beginning of the driveway.


NEW TREX DECK INSTALLED MAY OF 2022.

Cleaning Fee assessed after booking:
2 nights $140.
3 nights $160.
4+ nights $180.
7 nights $200.
7+ nights To Be Determined.

3 Rooms, 1 1/2 bath.

Quiet Hours: 10 PM - 7 AM.
Porch lights out for night viewing of the stars. (Think Neighbors).

Drive time: Only 1 hour and 30 minutes from downtown Portland to the Cottage.

Cancellations before 60 days will be refunded 100%. Inside 60 days, but before 30 days before check-in, there is a $250 fee for 1–3-night stay, $500 Fee for 4 nights or more. Inside 30 days there is no refund unless I can rent it to someone else, then there is only the $250.00 Fee for 1–3-night stays, $500 Fee for 4 nights or more.

This was a great property. We would stay here again. Beautiful views, wonderful stargazing at night, very dark and quiet! Within driving distance of lots of beach activities, tide pooling, etc. This was a very well stocked VRBO I will say compared to others. Great communication with owner.

This house was absolutely perfect! It was exactly as described and impossible to capture just how beautiful the view is. The kitchen was stocked with every thing we needed. There was an abundance of supplies and plenty of clean towels. We loved watching the sunset through the big glass windows in the main room. The walk to the beach was close, you do have to climb down a little set of stairs and over some rocks, but you basically have your own private beach. My kids flew kites, found lots of sand dollars. We had a fire on the beach and even saw a baby seal one morning. It’s only a short drive to Cannon Beach and the famous Haystack rock. Cannon Beach has lots good restaurants. We hiked to Cape Falcon which is just a few miles from the house, during the hike my son proposed, which was a highlife of our trip.The hosts were great. I have no complaints and we hope to visit again!
