Tranquil Arch Cape Escape - Walk to the Beach!

This is our family's beach house, purchased just a couple of years ago after we fell in love with its location. It was too good to keep to ourselves! With three bedrooms and two baths over two levels, Sand Dollar Escape has a perfect setup for family reunions, couples' getaways, and other groups of eight—or up to ten with an air mattress (provided).

The master suite (the only bedroom on the lower level) has a king-size bed and a full ensuite bath with a tub/shower combo. The master bath also serves the living spaces and is accessed from the hallway, as well.

Upstairs, two more bedrooms share a bath (shower/tub combo) with hallway access. One bedroom has another king-size bed and the other two full-size beds. On a multi-family getaway, adults can claim the king bedrooms while the kids have a sleepover in the full-size bedroom (sleeps four). Bonus: This room has a big TV with streaming capability.

The kitchen, living and dining areas are open, roomy, and elegantly furnished—great for spending time together after being apart for too long. Cathedral ceilings open to the upstairs landing outside the bedrooms, giving the whole house an expansive feel.

In the kitchen, we stocked the cabinets for serious cooking, and the dining table seats eight to ten, so you can sit down to a week's worth of feasts together. Stock up on ingredients at the markets in Cannon Beach or Manzanita; Seaside has a Safeway for a larger selection, as well as fresh seafood markets! Or catch your own dinner with the clamming tube and crab pot (licenses required in Oregon) at one of the coastal piers. After dinner, sit down to a board game in the game nook, or take one last walk to the beach. We provide beach chairs, sand toys, and other goodies in the garage.

Pet Policy
We love welcoming pets at Sand Dollar Escape! Prior arrangements are required. We charge a pet fee of $50 per pet per night, which will be invoiced separately after confirming your reservation. For longer stays, we're happy to offer a capped rate - just reach out to us to discuss.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
We understand that flexibility with check-in and check-out times can enhance your stay. Our standard check-in time is 4 PM, but if you’re arriving earlier, we’re happy to offer early check-in options when available (subject to availability and prior arrangement).

Please reach out to confirm availability for early check-in at least 24 hours before your arrival. Late check-out may also be available upon request, subject to availability and an additional fee.
