VRBO confirmed our stay, but this listing wasn’t suppose to be live. I had to reach out personally to the host once almost reaching the house, and was informed that the house wasn’t suppose to be listed as available on the site. We were refunded our full amount, but had to find a hotel at 10:00 at night and pay a lot more. We were not happy with VRBO messing up like this. The host was very apologetic and gracious but we couldn’t stay at the property. This made for a rough trip for our family of 5. We never made it to the house because the address wasn’t accurate on the site. We drove back country roads for a long time. Wish we could have had a different experience with VRBO.
