We had a wonderful stay! The cottage was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The beach, restaurants, and shops were nearby. Robert was friendly, helpful, and responded quickly whenever we had questions.We truly enjoyed our vacation and would gladly stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Stayed the whole month of March 2026. We had a great trip. Communication with owner was very good. Accommodations were very clean and the beds and pillows were so comfy. Close to beach and trolly stop. Robert is a great host.

North Clearwater Beach is a quiet, charming community. The cottage was just a short walk to the beach which was no where near as crowded as the main beach. During our stay, families could spread out on the beach so it was extra relaxing. The cottage was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a wonderful week at the beach. I especially appreciated that the owner took extra care to provide the renters with privacy. Every window had a way to cover it. Not every place offers that.The property owner was friendly and helpful during our communication. I would definitely look into this property again if I came back to the area.
