Additional toilet paper and towels are always stocked in the hallway closet cabinet, which is accessible during every stay. The back door is secured with a door stop locking mechanism designed to prevent it from opening from the outside, and we have not had prior concerns regarding its function. The thermostat is a touchscreen unit and can be adjusted, and we’re always available to assist if anything is unclear. We wish you had reached out during your stay, as we respond quickly and would have been happy to resolve any concerns right away. We do not have an ongoing bug issue, and this is reflected in our consistent reviews from past guests. Regarding the concerns mentioned, we do want to provide some clarification. The yard is maintained on a consistent bi-weekly schedule, and service was already set for the day of your checkout. Timing can occasionally result in it appearing more grown in just before a scheduled cut, but it is regularly cared for. In terms of cleanliness, the home is thoroughly cleaned between each guest. After your stay, however, our cleaning team did note an unusually heavy amount of pet hair throughout the home, along with pet food and treats left on the floors and furniture, which required additional cleaning beyond our standard process. As for location, the property is situated just minutes from downtown, which most guests find very convenient. Travel times can vary depending on specific destinations and traffic, but the home is centrally located within the area. We truly appreciate your kind words about our hospitality and will continue striving to provide the best experience possible for all guests.
