Gruene Townhomes A&B on the River
This unique property combines two townhomes, creating the perfect setting for up to 12 guests. With six bedrooms and six full bathrooms, it is ideal for family reunions, wedding groups, or friends seeking a memorable Texas Hill Country getaway.
* Child Safety: Although we supply a Pal N Play for your little one, please be aware that the townhome is not childproofed. There is a long flight of stairs to the second floor, and there are no safety gates.
* The maximum occupancy is 12 guests.
* Security: Outdoor security system is active on the property.
**** This is a new home; there is access to the river; however, the dirt path down is steep in some areas. Stairs have not yet been installed.
