-We are in fact located in the heart of Waikiki - which has a night time recreational life style; it can get noisy in the building's surrounding area at night for those who are sensitive to sounds or "city noise" as this is indeed a city that you will be living in.

WARNING: Pool and Hot Tub will be temporarily closed for maintenance from Nov 9, 2025 to Nov 17, 2025; DO NOT BOOK if pool/hot tub usage is a must for your vocation as we will NOT be issuing a partial refund.

Parking is as follows:
Height for garage entrance is 6 feet 5 inches; vehicles with heightened wheels are not recommended. It is located to the right of the Island Colony building when you drive up on Seaside Ave. You enter through the shack.
Parking is $45 for 24 hours (subject to change), with in-and-out privileges. It is paid (card only) directly to the machine located across the front desk. When you drive up the ramp to the garage, you will first pull out a ticket (keep that for your time-stamp as you will also need it to get out the garage for the first time too).
When you have purchased the 24-hour pass and are getting out the garage for the first time: 1) scan the initial pulled out ticket FIRST, then 2) scan your 24-hour pass to get out; when you get into the garage the next time, you will not need to pull out a ticket but just scan your 24-hour pass.
24-hour is calculated by the time you first entered the garage and the last time you exited the garage instead of by calendar days.
Price as follows: $45 for 24-hour; $90 for 48-hour; $135 for 72-hour; $180 for 96-hour; and $225 for 120-hour. You can also roam around Waikiki parking structures to find a better parking rate.
Please purchase passes in advance when your stay requires multiple parking passes (those who need more than 120 hour) and remember to exit the garage before the previous pass expires and re-enter the garage with your new pass on-time. ***If you exit the garage after your pass has expired, you will have to pay the extra normal per-hour fees (which we wouldn't want that to happen).
Parking space is first come, first serve. No reservations can be made in advance. There is typically ample parking in the garage if you do not arrive pass midnight.
After you park, you can take the parking elevators to arrive at the lobby, and transfer onto the regular building elevators to get to your room.
There is also free parking running along the sidewalk of Ala Wai Boulevard. (except 8:30AM - 11:30AM on Mondays and Fridays for street cleaning; cars parked at this time will be towed). Metered parking is only free on Sundays.
Other things to note
- Mailing to the unit is NOT possible; we apologize that we do not provide this service.
- Linen: we are Vrbo and do not operate like the hotel so please notate that we do not replace the linen in this room and do not provide extra towels. You can refresh the towels in the laundry room on the 6th floor using the detergents we have provided in the cabinet.
- We provide 1 Large Body Towel, 1 Medium Towel, 1 Face Towel, 1 Pool Towel (Per Guest).
- We also do not provide housekeeping services.
