Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please do not sit on the upholstered furniture when wearing a wet bathing suit. If you have suntan lotion on, please place a towel on the furniture.
Our cleaning fee assumes you will leave the house neat, all garbage has been emptied ( large trash cans are on 2nd Street) and all food removed.
Please adjust the thermostat to 75 for summer and 68 for winter before leaving. Tks
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We had a great stay. The place was stocked with everything we needed, clean, and a cool retreat from the hot sun. We really enjoyed the comfy beds and the ease of access to the pool and beach! My kids had fun playing board games at night and spending as much time as possible in the water. The property also had extra beach necessities that we happened to forget! I would bring the family back and stay again!
